Most software in this price band gives you a CRM and an inbox. Launch gives you a CRM, an inbox, and a Conversation AI handling chat and SMS 24/7 from day one. That single capability is what closes the gap between “leads come in” and “leads get answered.”
The price math you should know: GoHighLevel direct requires Agency Pro ($497 USD/mo) plus per-message AI fees to deliver the Conversation AI you get on Launch. HubSpot Starter does not include conversational AI at all. A standalone AI chat tool (Intercom Fin, Drift) starts at USD $79–$200/mo and does not include CRM, calendar, SMS, or website. Launch bundles all of it for CAD $197.

Common questions about Launch
Why no setup fee at this tier?
Launch is designed to self-onboard. The vertical template pack pre-installs your funnel, automations, pipeline, and reminder sequences — and the setup videos walk you through every customization in under an hour. Growth and above include a paid setup because the configuration depth (multiple pipelines, voice agent training, custom funnels) requires our team’s hands. If you’d rather not self-onboard at Launch, the Onboarding Acceleration add-on ($2,497) gives you a guided 2-week launch.
What happens if I exceed the SMS or AI allowance?
You’re billed transparently at published overage rates — no auto-upgrade, no surprise lock-out. The included allowance is sized to typical Launch-tier traffic; if you’re regularly going over, that’s a signal you should be on Growth, where the allowance is multiple-times larger and the per-unit cost is lower in aggregate.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Launch is month-to-month. Cancel before your renewal date and you won’t be charged for the next cycle. There are no mid-cycle refunds (the system stays live for the rest of the cycle you’ve already paid for). Full data export is available at any time in CSV and JSON.
Is Launch a “starter version” with limits hidden everywhere?
No. Launch is a complete operating system for a 1–5 person business — same core platform as the higher tiers, just sized appropriately. The differences in Growth/Pro/Elite are real capability additions (voice AI, multi-location, white-label) — not artificial gates on Launch features.
Can I bring my own phone number?
Yes. You can port an existing Canadian local number to Planext following standard CRTC porting procedures (typically 7–14 business days). The included number stays available during the port window so you don’t lose service. Toll-free numbers are available as an add-on.
