Isn’t it cheaper to go to GoHighLevel directly?
GoHighLevel direct is $97 USD/mo for the SaaS Mode plan and $497 USD/mo for Agency Pro — but that buys an empty workspace. You then pay separately for Twilio provisioning, OpenAI API credits, Mailgun, the Conversation AI module, the Voice AI module, and the Workflow AI module — and you inherit the implementation yourself.
An apples-to-apples comparison at Launch-equivalent functionality lands the direct buyer at USD $250–$350/mo in software, plus 40–80 hours of self-implementation, plus no Canadian phone provisioning, plus no vertical templates. HubSpot does not include voice infrastructure, SMS infrastructure, or conversational AI at any tier under CAD $1,800/mo. Planext Growth delivers functionally equivalent CRM and marketing automation — and a stack HubSpot does not offer (voice and SMS) — at CAD $497/mo. Brand recognition matters in enterprise procurement; it does not matter to a $5M owner-operated business writing the cheque themselves.
Why is the setup fee so high?
The setup fee is not a markup — it is the implementation work. Self-configuring takes 40–80 hours of your team’s time, produces workflows that fail in production, and triggers a lot of support tickets. Our setup buys a working system on day one — configured to your vertical, data migrated, phone numbers provisioned, team trained, and the first 90 days of automations live.
We charge it as a separate line because bundling implementation into the monthly price would push the SaaS line out of competitive range and would penalize customers who renew long-term. If implementation budget is a hard blocker, ask about financing the setup fee across the first three months.
What if I want to leave? Is my data portable?
Full data export is available at any time, in CSV and JSON, covering contacts, conversations, opportunities, and workflow logs. Phone numbers can be ported to another provider following standard Canadian telecom porting procedures. Funnels and workflows are platform-specific (this is true of HubSpot and every other system).
We do not hold customer data hostage. Subscriptions are month-to-month for that exact reason — you stay because the system works, not because we trapped you.
Why do you charge for SMS, voice, and AI usage on top of the monthly fee?
Because pretending usage is free hides a cost you would eventually notice when your bill is renegotiated upward. A customer sending 50,000 SMS segments per month has a fundamentally different cost profile than one sending 500, and pricing as if they were the same forces the smaller customer to subsidize the larger.
Our structure includes a generous allowance covering ~90% of typical customer usage at each tier, with transparent overages for customers who exceed it. This is identical to how Twilio, AWS, and every credible infrastructure provider operates. If you want a flat-rate quote based on your real volume, ask in your discovery call.
