Why no self-checkout for Pro?
Pro deployments are non-trivial — multi-location pipeline architecture, custom lead scoring training, dept-level training, multi-brand configuration. A generic checkout flow would set you up for a misconfigured deployment. The 30-minute discovery call lets us scope the setup correctly so day one is production-ready, not month three.
How long does Pro setup take?

Customer data (contacts, conversations, pipeline data) sits in our Canadian-region infrastructure by default. AI inference for the Conversation AI custom knowledge base routes through providers with documented data-handling policies. Specific compliance requirements (PIPEDA attestation, HIPAA, sector-specific) are addressed at Elite tier with dedicated compliance configuration.
