Our approach
We want you to get value from every dollar you spend with us. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and non-refundable work are handled, so there are no surprises.
Monthly subscriptions (Planext OS — Launch, Growth, Pro, Elite; add-on subscriptions)
- Month-to-month. No long-term contract. You can cancel at any time.
- When you cancel, you will not be billed for the next cycle. Your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- No mid-cycle, partial, or pro-rated refunds are issued for the month in progress.
- Fees already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable, even if the service is not used for the remainder of the month.
Setup & onboarding fees
Setup fees (e.g., Growth, Pro, Elite onboarding) are non-refundable once onboarding work has begun. “Begun” means we have held a kickoff call, created your account, configured pipelines/automations, or produced any deliverable for you — whichever comes first.
Custom build projects (Planext Build — Spark, Accelerate, Transform, Enterprise)
- Build fees are non-refundable once work has started. Work is considered started at the kickoff meeting or when any discovery, design, configuration, code, prompt, integration, or other deliverable has been produced — whichever comes first.
- If you cancel before work has started, the build fee is refundable minus a 10% administrative fee to cover discovery and scheduling costs.
- Build monthly retainers follow the subscription rules above: cancel anytime, no next-cycle charge, no mid-cycle refund.
One-time services (AI Readiness Audit, Custom Integration, Training Workshop, Additional AI Agent Build)
One-time purchases are non-refundable once work has begun on them. Before work begins, we will refund the full amount if you change your mind.
Duplicate or accidental charges
If you are charged twice for the same service, or charged in error, email info@planext.ca within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if verified, refund the duplicate or erroneous amount in full.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Most payment disputes can be resolved faster by email than through your bank or card network. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of service.
Canceling your subscription
To cancel a monthly subscription, email info@planext.ca from the email on file, or submit a cancellation request through our Contact form. Please include your account email and the plan you wish to cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
